Everything was perfectly fine, handy location really close to the rayland epsom got there put in ascot epsom, airport and Newmarket shops, pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a queen sized bed. The staffs were very friendly and extremely helpful and the service was GOOD.

The staff were very welcoming. the room was neat and functional. - the location was great and convenient, being close to motorways, the city, restaurants, shopping, and a concert venue. - the pool bar was a plus.

It was a good central location and was reasonably priced considering the demand on accommodation at the time we stayed.
The room was very dated and old. In desperate need of a renovation. The kitchenette only had one power point for the kettle, toaster, and microwave which made having breakfast a little difficult.

The location was marvelous, very close to restaurants, great shopping, public transport, and a concert venue. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a comfortable double bed. - the poolside bar was a great amenity. I had a pleasant experience at Rayland Epsom Motel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to various amenities like restaurants, shopping, and public transport. the room with a cozy double bed was a delight, and I found it to be exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, having a poolside bar on the premises was a nice touch.

Proximity to shops.
Room very small, no top sheets provided and felt a bit unclean. Quite run down and in desperate need of a lift. There was nothing "deluxe" about the room as stated in the description.

The room seemed very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was easy to find and central for our purposes.
That their was no dish washing facilities in the room, and no remote control for the T.V, other wise we were very happy with our stay.
